Chastity-
During the third trimester of my pregnancy for my son, I took a tumble down the stairs at home and seriously compromised my hips, pelvis and spine. I was referred to an Osteopath by my OBGYN. Although he was able to relieve the pain, I knew he was not repairing the damage. One week, the pain became intolerable, and the Osteopath was out of town for 2 weeks. I was desperate. My sister was a patient of Dr. Jeff and highly recommended I let him try to help. I made an appointment and have not stopped coming since. It did take a while for the pain to subside; the relief was not immediate. Now, I sleep better (even with a newborn now), I feel taller and more flexible. The results have been amazing.

I had pain in my left hip. Sometimes I would come home from work and have to go straight to bed. After my first adjustment the pain was gone! I came in as often as Doctor Jeff recommended and now I have no pain. I can hear better, taste and smell better. I walk more steady. I was really considering surgery.
